Shipping Policy

ECLMART INC Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer international shipping from the United States to selected countries including China, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected shipping method, and customs clearance process:

Standard International Shipping (to China, Indonesia, Malaysia): 10–20 business days

Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Areas

ECLMART INC currently ships to the following countries and regions:

United States

Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan

Indonesia

Malaysia

4. Shipping Fees

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@eclmart.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate, and if applicable, include both English (Pinyin) and native language for clarity. ECLMART INC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
